Keyaki Sushi Hibachi S Thea K House

2 glasses of completely flat soda. 1 severely overcooked serving of lo mein. 1 fly in my friend's soup. The service was painfully slow considering we were the only people dining there. My friend ordered sushi to go (after our meal) and paid for it. We then watched the manager (or owner, God forbid) sit and play on his phone. The food was ordered and paid for and he just couldn't lift himself up from that booth to make the food. My friend said something to the server about our wait for the sushi. She approached the manager who STILL sat at his booth without a care in the world. After waiting an absurdly long time, my friend asked for a refund. He then argued about the refund. She told him how bad the service was and not once did he acknowledge the poor service, his ignorant behavior, nor the fly, nor the food. Each time we turned around, the staff were staring at our table. Since they were paying so close attention, it's shocking the service was so bad. Not sure how the gem even exists. Mistakes happen at restaurants, but handling them like a responsible business owner would have definitely solved it.

The waitress with the big forehead was really snide and disrespectful she was also rubbing g on her face and not even attempting to wash her hands before she handled food she was extremely disrespectful and all around acted as if she believed she was superior to us I spend well over 300 a week dining out and was looking 4 a new place to go well keyaki sushi will never be on the list of possibilities as long as she remains there!!!!! INDEED

We ordered appetizers, 1 sushi roll, Thia soup, fried udon, and chicken lomein. It took over 35 minutes to get food. Waitress very nonchalant about everything. We asked for small plates to share your appetizers & we where informed we only have big plates....food did not come out together. Sushi had NO spice to it at all. The other dishes where not flavorful. Needless to say $80. Later I was very disappointed in service & food quality. We will not be going back.
